Surface finish at US-RAPID
US-RAPID can achieve a series excellent surface finish for the parts from prototyping to low-cvolume production as clients' requirements. We have professional finishers to do a lot of finishing work for all kind of finishing .For Example：Deburr, Smooth finish, Painting, Brushing, Polishing, Silk-screen, Sandblasting,Logo Printing, thoese which we can do in house. Anodizing, E-coating ,Powder Coating ,Plating and etc do with our long-working suppliers.
Regarding aluminum anodized, we can match close the Pantone or Ral Code from the clients with matte and semi-glossy surface
Painting Workshop
US-RAPID also has its own anti-dust painting rooms in each plants , we can paint prototypes as well as small volume production parts. We can achieve all kind of color code of RAL or Pantone chart and a texture from SP001-A to SP007-A, achieve glossy in SP001-A, and others matte color , more and more heavier textures. Once the parts painting finish, we put them into the the oven to be dried which helps to save time and keep the surface looks nice.
